All bookings are subject to availability.
Payments must be made in full before the start of any training session or programme unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payments via the methods specified on our website.
Prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel a booking up to 7 days before the scheduled session for a full refund.
Cancellations made within less than 7 days’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of payment.
In case of cancellation by Firmgrin (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
No refunds will be given for missed sessions without prior cancellation.
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled session.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during sessions.
Firmgrin reserves the right to terminate services to any participant engaging in inappropriate or disruptive behaviour without refund.
All materials provided during training (slides, handouts, recordings) are the intellectual property of Firmgrin or its licensors.
Participants may use these materials for personal learning purposes only and must not reproduce, distribute, or share them without prior permission.
While Firmgrin strives to provide high-quality training, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firmgrin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
